Message from Governor Bill

It is with humility and expectation that I will strive to lead the Texas-Oklahoma District this year.  I do not take this responsibility lightly.  Our purpose and your service are, and must be, paramount.  Thus, I want you to know how I believe we can, together, serve Kiwanis and each other.  Knowledge is the foundation upon which we build.  Like our wonderful youth, we are a work in progress and should always be so!  Building a stable and productive district strength can only be realized with determined effort and knowledgeable leadership.  As we educate Kiwanians at every level, we must be cognizant of our history as well as our challenge and promise of the future.  I believe our goals must exceed our reach.  Let us link arms with a common purpose and move forward together.
