LT. GOVERNOR INSTRUCTIONS
FOR
WALTER HURST SOPHOMORE OF THE YEAR SCHOLARSHIP
2008-09
1. Encourage maximum participation from all your

award has the potential to make a huge
difference in a young person’s future.
2. Each club may only submit one (1)
application to you. Some clubs
receive
applications from more than one high
school, but the club is responsible for
selecting one (1) winner, and sending it
to you by the due date (December 10,
2008).
3. Select a division winner (either by yourself
or a committee). Please
ensure that
application is in requested format.
Mail it along with the certification form to the Chairman:
Fran
Hutchins
197 Vail Mtn. Dr.
Lawton, OK 73507-9337
4. The division’s selected application MUST
BE POSTMARKED BY
DECEMBER 22, 2008. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!
5. If
you have any questions, please call Fran Hutchins at 580-529-2272, or
